Representative Residence of the Municipal Association Tolerance

The building’s purpose is to meet the needs of The Association of Municipalities “Tolerance”. The building is located in the outskirts of Sofia, in the residential area Boyana at the foot of the Mountain Vitosha. The building has ten guest rooms, six apartments and one representative VIP apartment.

In the yard of the building are located a decorative pond with circulating water, barbecue corner, grass meadows, flower areas, exterior parking areas as well as other garden related items.

The surface of the whole parcel is 4 030 m2.
The built-up area of the building is 1 086 m2.
The spread out built-up area of the building is 3 543 m2.

The architectural project sticks to the idea of genuine relation between the building and its environment. Not only between the building and the direct physical environment though, but also – in broad outline - between the building and the regional context, between the building, the historical context and the context of local traditions.
