Office building FIS-SST in Gliwice

A project of a modern office building was created for FIS-SST company. The facility is located in the area of "Nowe Gliwice” – the Center of Education and Business. Due to a close vicinity of historical buildings of the mine coal we decided to design an object in the form of a pavilion of minimalist aesthetics and neutral colors. The building is located on a plot in the form of an elongated cuboid. Front and rear elevations have a consistent structure of wooden blinds that give the building a simple and compact form. This creates a single block with no visible division of elevations. Peak elevations in graphite are also kept in a very simple form. An eye-catching accent is a glazed entrance area of the building. The interiors, office and conference rooms are also designed in the style of contemporary minimalist aesthetics. The interior of the building surprises with a green patio which provides the offices with greenery and nice views.
