Description Four Seasons Shopping and Leisure Centre:
Four storeyed shopping and leisure centre with a total area of 62,500
sq.m. includes an underground and surface car parks, supermarket,
banquet halls and ceremony halls, restaurants, cafes, game rooms and
auxiliary rooms.
Visually the front of the building is divided into two parts in compliance with the functional partitioning of the complex. One third of the building houses 6 levels of the open car parks.
The rest of the front is represented in the form of checkerboard composition with dead modules of polished panels, which are alternated with flat transparent-glass window planes facing the main front at 7 degrees angle. The transparent-glass window will be used as centralized advertising boards. The wide parapet emphasizing the cubic size integrity will unite the front along its entire length and will be enclosed with 20-meter pylons of the main entrance.
Next to that entrance 2 glass prisms are located running through all levels of the building and cropping out at the roof. They contain escalators, closed observation desks, cafes and restaurants, and of the upper levels – halls of ceremonies.
The upper deck of the building is designed in the form of 30-meter console. The planning axis of the building is formed by four round (in plan view) atriums uniting the entire space of the complex.
