Foodcourt area in Forum Shopping Centre in Gliwice

The project of foodcourt area (about 1000 m2) in the most popular and the largest shopping centre in Gliwice- Forum. The project area comprises of restaurants near the main entrance, bars surrounding the atrium on the first floor and two mezzanines on the second floor.

The main part of the area is an open space so-called foodcourt which surrounds the atrium and is divided into different function zones: a rest zone (locals next to the glass façade overlooking the city), a restaurant zone, a business zone and a fast-food zone. Our original concept for this space involves introduction of elements of natural environment to the interior by means of lightning, materials, colors, specially designed furniture (e.g. a stone sofa) and plants that refer to natural landscape. There are many transparent, white and natural wood elements which will make the space light and fresh and create a unique spring climate.
